ABOUT GIUSEPPE

I was born and spent my childhood in Naples, where I discovered my love for cooking and pizza. With my family I moved to Parma, a city in Northern Italy. There I had the opportunity to learn the local haute cuisine. At the age of 22 I decided to go abroad to continue my professional training outside of my comfort zone and London was my destination. I worked at “Novikov Restaurant”, a Russian restaurant in the heart of My Fair. I learned a lot, alongside chefs of the highest level who continue to inspire and advise me to this day.

In 2018 I went to Alsace, a region located in northwestern France, to work for the company “Bacio Italian Restaurant”, taking charge of three new openings. After successfully completing this cycle, I accepted another new challenge on the island of Mallorca as executive for a new chain of pizzerias, a very ambitious project with four progressively open points of sale.

After this stage, I decided to stay and start my own path, but as a private chef and pizzaiolo. This is how my pizza catering in the Balearic Islands was born.
